Yearly Subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans)
You have up to 30 days from the time you purchase your subscription to receive a full refund. Please write to from the email address you have on record in our Customer Portal at . This is likely the same email address you used when signing up and where you are receiving alerts.
If after 30 days you wish to receive a partial refund please write to and let us know why you are requesting the refund and a decision will be made with 3 business days and you will be notified.
This website uses Braintree (a service of PayPal) as a virtual merchant to process payments for Spaceweather Alerts services. Refunds are made via Braintree to the credit card or PayPal account you used when subscribing. Please note that if payment was made in a currency other than US Dollars it is possible that the final refund will not exactly match the price you paid due to fluctuations in currency values over time.
Monthly Subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans)
You have 24 hours from the time you purchase a recurring, monthly subscription to receive a full refund. After this time simply cancel your subscription and you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, at which time you will not be charged again.
If, for some reason, you feel you should receive a refund for your monthly subscription after 24 hours from the time you purchased our product, please write to us at and let us know your reason and a decision will be made within 3 business days and you will be notified.
Canceling a Subscription
Log in to the Customer Portal at . Click on the "Subscriptions" menu item, then click the "+" symbol next to the subscription item you wish to cancel. An option to cancel will be visible, press this to cancel your subscription.
